About Me

I am Golnaz Atash Zar, born in March 1995.

Like most artists who realized their excessive interest in art from childhood, I spent most of my days painting and making crafts from the age of 4-5, and I started my artistic activity by playing the tambur instrument from the age of 9 and I started playing guitar when I was 12 years old and decided to enter the field of design and decoration when I was 18 years old.

In 2012, I started my university by choosing the field of architectural engineering, and in parallel with the field of architecture, I also managed to obtain a diploma in music.

During my student years, I was engaged in designing interior decoration and facade design, as well as making volume models of 3D designs, but I must say that it is not easy to be on the main path of life.

I knew that I had to remain patient and determined and keep my searching spirit alive, as if something was missing in me, I had to find it.

Through design software such as Rhino, I started designing jewelry, and then I experienced making jewelry.

This was the spirit of my search that I constantly needed to experience in order to find something that I felt was empty in my being, and that is why I participated in various academic courses of visual arts and visited different galleries and exhibitions to get acquainted. I went with the thoughts and views of different people and imagined myself in each and every created work.

Right in 2014, when I was a fourth semester student, I found myself in the middle of wood and resin structures.

To tell you from my point of view about my living environment, the summary is that until today, I imagine all the objects around me to be made of wood and resin, and when I see each product and with each material, the first thing that comes to my mind is how I will create a resin model of it.
